Heart Heath for Hopeful Hounds

Heart Health for Hopeful Hounds is a 501(c)3 that provides money for heartworm medication for long-term residents of dog shelters. Many times shelters can only afford one month of deworming. Dogs that are more challenging to place, a longer stay is required. We ensure dogs continue to get their monthly heartworm medication regardless of how long it takes to find their "forever" family. We keep their hearts healthy while they hope for their forever home.
